I’m Hampus, and I work with a wonderful Nordic team full of diverse and inspiring personalities in what we call Buildings, or “SI B,” within Siemens Smart Infrastructure.

We work at the heart of modern buildings — enabling intelligent control of heating, cooling, and ventilation (HVAC) systems that are critical for energy efficiency, sustainability, and indoor climate.

Together, we help our customers choose smart, sustainable solutions that create real value in their operations.

We are now looking for an OEM Sales Specialist with a key account focus — someone who wants to grow with us and continue to develop our OEM market in Finland. You will join a skilled Nordic team that collaborates closely, supports each other, and truly enjoys working together.

You will work flexibly across customer sites, the office, from home, and on the road. The preferred location is Espoo, with flexibility for other Siemens locations in Finland.

The Challenge

In this role, you will:

  • Drive sales of Siemens’ building automation and HVAC solutions to a strategically selected group of OEM customers
  • Build and develop relationships with key OEM customers through planned customer activities, including meetings, visits, and proactive prospecting
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into smart, value-driven automation solutions
  • Work with customers such as manufacturers of:
    • District heating substations
    • Air handling units (AHU)
    • Heat pumps and chillers
  • Support and grow existing business while actively introducing new offerings to expand our share of wallet
  • Prepare offers and lead value-based pricing discussions and negotiations, with support from headquarters, sales support, and technical experts
  • Contribute to delivering end-to-end solutions and support the development of customized systems and products
  • Ensure pricing and agreements are accurate and up to date in our business systems
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, including participation in industry events and trade fairs
  • Actively contribute to the development of our sales approach, customer base, and offering

Who are you?

You are driven by digitalization and automation and have experience in value based selling. Building strong customer relationships comes naturally to you, and you create clear customer value in a changing business environment.

You bring solid experience in solution oriented sales within a complex technical field, ideally in control systems, smart buildings or a related industry. You feel confident discussing value and customer benefits with OEM and Key Account customers and enjoy being a driving force in their development.

As a person, you are curious, self driven and motivated by challenges. You enjoy meeting people, building strong relationships and working independently to achieve your goals. Most importantly, you want to be close to our customers. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English and hold a B driver’s license.
