Position: Area Sales Manager – Nordic & Baltic
Join HUR as an Area Sales Manager for the Nordic & Baltic region. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the growth of our strength training and cardio solutions, delivering on ambitious sales targets. You will be part of a growing sales organization focused on rapidly increasing our market share.

This position is well suited for remote work. Applicants located within the Nordic & Baltic region are considered an advantage due to the nature of the role and travel requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market share in your territory

  • Build and manage strong distributor and customer relationships

  • Coach and support distributors in identifying, developing, and closing long-term, value-based sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.

  • Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve targets

  • Provide product support and market insights

  • Identify new business opportunities and customer needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in long-term, value-based B2B sales through distributors, partners, or other indirect sales channels

  • Patience, persistence, and a relationship-oriented mindset to manage extended sales cycles

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience

  • Proven ability to develop new business and build strong client relationships

  • Self-driven and proactive mindset

  • Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or medical equipment is considered an advantage

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Willingness to travel (50–60%)

  • Experience with sales reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce) is preferred
