We are looking for
for chemical industry applications. You will join our Biotechnology Department that is part of Neste Research and Development unit.
Your main responsibilities are related to creating and evaluating growth opportunities within renewable and low carbon chemicals and plastics. You will join a dynamic team of experts from business development and research & development. You will work in co-operation with customers and external partners including globally recognized brand owners.
We expect university level education in chemistry, chemical engineering or industrial engineering. You have several years of working experience in chemical industry in research and development or in business development and have understanding on renewable chemicals and their applications.
Furthermore our key requirements are
- Experience on chemicals business development, understanding on renewable chemicals business and applications
- Knowledge of customer relationship management
- Technology analysis and evaluation skills
- Proactivity and good networking skills
- Forward looking and entrepreneurial attitude
- Fluent written and spoken command of English
- Willingness to travel
The position will be located in Kilpilahti industrial area in Porvoo (Finland), which is located only some 30 minutes away from Helsinki city centre by car. We also arrange bus transportation for our employees from Helsinki, Porvoo and the surrounding areas.
The person selected for the position must pass a health examination including drug test. Security clearance is obtained for the employee with his/her consent.
