We are now looking for a
Sales Manager, Consumer Packaging BA (Nordic countries)
Who is responsible for achieving sales targets and creating added value for your customers, consistent with Consumer Packaging BA objectives. In this position personal relationship with selected customers, sales and product management, innovative mindset and team work are key aspects for success. Technical and business skills are required. The position is permanent and the location is Pietarsaari.
Your main duties in this position are:
-Responsible for achieving sales targets in line with company strategy
-Define, develop and maintain business opportunities
-Create and follow up an action plan to achieve the agreed targets and objectives
-Negotiating and monitoring agreements with customers
-Ensuring satisfactory investigation of customer feedback
-Maintain business intelligence data and information on responsible area
-Follow company credit policy and manage AR
-Follow up customer stock levels within agreed limits
-Accurate monthly forecasting
-Coordinate all contact with customers to achieve close liaison at all levels and the consistent promotion of Walki and our brands
To be successful in the position we think you fit into following profile:
-Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English
-Suitable university degree or corresponding knowledge
-More than 6 years of work experience from similar tasks
-Good command of common business IT tools
-Skills and knowledge in marketing, customer management and consultative selling
We appreciate that you are customer oriented and have awareness of the business environment. You have good teamwork and communication skills. In this role it is important to build relationships and influence other people.
