We are looking for
KONE IT is looking for a Head of Customer Digital Channel for managing and developing concepts and applications supporting the digitalization of customer interfaces. These applications assist our customers to interact with KONE products and services, receive information and request for services in digital format.
You will work closely with Business process owners and other stakeholders to formulate the digital strategy, own and manage the applications development roadmap and manage a team of experts working in this area.
As a Head of Digital Channel you will be responsible of overall lifetime management of the applications in this portfolio. This includes all activities from software selection, project initiation and execution and service management during production. You are responsible of the vendor management during this process.
Your responsibilities include
- Management of life-cycle of IT-applications in the portfolio
- Planning of IT applications development roadmap in co-operation with business stakeholders
- Responsible for managing requirements collection, build and development of applications as well as arranging for support and service during run phase
- Line management of team of experts working in this area
Skills, Education and Experience
We expect you to have
- Experience in working in business-IT interface
- Understanding and experience in IT projects
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT / Business Administration / Engineering
- Experience in working with digital services in industrial context
- Five or more years of experience in working in an international environment with ability to perform in virtual and matrix organizations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated team player
- Basic project management skills
- Service focused approach and attitude
- Willingness and ability to travel
