We are looking for Technical Specialist to strengthen our Technical Support team in terminal and ecommerce business area Helsinki, Finland. The team is responsible for maintenance and support for our merchant customers, partners and resellers who are using our terminal and/or eCommerce solution. Technical Specialist works in close cooperation with Merchant Services business unit representatives in various teams covering our whole value chain as well as cooperates with other Operations unit teams. We are currently expanding our service offering locally in Finland and that is why we are seeking new talents to help us meet future demand for growth. As Technical Specialist you will get a front seat experience via work what is going on in payment business area and get acquainted with variable payment solutions we are offering and continuously developing to our customers.
The work will start on as soon as possible and the position is permanent.
Job description and tasks
Your main responsibility is to provide technical user support and guidance for our terminal and eCommerce customers. In addition you will provide B2B service across Finland, Sweden and Denmark. You will be diagnosing physical and virtual terminal failures and solving variable service requests as well as communicating actively with our customers mainly as a back office specialist.
To succeed in this position
You should have a relevant education and some experience on technical customer service e.g. helpdesk kind of field. You could also have natural interest on technical problem solving and finding best solution for a customer.
The required qualities of the candidate include also good communication skills both in written and in spoken language. Ability to build relationships and co-operate with different stakeholders is needed to succeed in this position. Professional attitude with customer oriented mind set and ability to clearly and simply communicate is also needed. The person should be self-driven, active responsible and a logically thinking team player. Ability to understand, adapt and react to change is also required.
The position will be located in Helsinki, Finland, but both internal and external stakeholders, are located around the Nordic countries. Therefore you should be fluent in Danish, Swedish and English.
