In Finland you start almost with a blank canvas. You are responsible for setting up the strategic planning and execution of the company's short and long-term goals in the Finnish market, as well as generating business revenue, profit and achieving market share goals related to the company's overall strategy. This is a hands-on-role in a startup environment and requires someone with a strong sales focus. The ideal Country Manager can combine their hands-on operational approach with long-term views and a natural ability to scale an organization as the company grows on the market. In the role of Country Manager you will report directly to CEO in Sweden.
To succeed in this position we expect you to have:
-Working experience in B2B sales and new customer acquisition
-Ambitious, proactive and result oriented mindset
-A hands-on personality and an ability to lead by example
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Fluency in oral and written Finnish and English
-Experience working with different software's
-Experience in SaaS and/or HR
-Deep understanding of customer's processes and needs and willingness to work hard for them
-Experience to recruit and manage a sales team
