The AdWords team in Copenhagen is looking for a new colleague to create and maintain good partnerships with the customers. If you are a fan of Google and have strong skills within sales and communication - then you are the one, we are looking for!
You will be part of the largest AdWords team in the Nordic countries and your title will be Agency Development Manager.

The Google AdWords team at Teleperformance is rapidly developing and as their new Agency Development Manager, it will be your task to work on your own customer portfolio, which will consist of agencies from the Finnish market. You will be the closest advisor and specialist to your customers, when they need to optimize their visibility online using AdWords campaigns.

As an Agency Development Manager
- You are responsible for acquiring new Google AdWords customers by reaching out to agencies and helping them close deals at the appropriate budget. Furthermore, you will be responsible for growing and developing those agencies' AdWords business on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- You must understand the agencies' requirements and objectives, and match your solutions.
- You will develop sales strategies and pitches aimed at optimizing the market potential and improving customer sales and profit margins.
- You will be creating and optimizing advertising campaigns for customers.
- You will be managing a large portfolio of agencies of different sizes and needs.

About the team:
The AdWords team at Teleperformance is a sales team working to sell effective and customized AdWords solutions to small and medium-sized online partners. The team uses telephone as their primary communication tool. Your future colleagues speaks Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and they work towards the different countries. In the team, there is a down to earth atmosphere, great professionalism and a highly targeted culture.

- 3 weeks of intense introduction training on Google AdWords and specific sales training. All training will be conducted in English and will take place during normal working hours.

Your profile
As a candidate for the position, we imagine that you:
- Have experience with telephone sales
- Have experience with online marketing and/or specific experience using Google products
- Are able to think creatively and familiarize yourself with the needs of your customers
- Work result-oriented and find concrete objectives motivating
- Are fluent in Finnish and English and are good at pitching over the phone
- Are proactive, organized and responsible
- Have a passion for sales and creating the best solutions for your customers

Employment info:
The first 3 months of your employment will be an try and hire contract with StudentConsulting. If all goes well you will be offered a permanent contract with Teleperformance.

Working hours are 7-17 / 8-16 from Monday to Friday
