About the role
Academic Work is looking for Technical Support Engineer for our client AiRISTA.

As Technical Support Engineer, you will work with AiRISTA customers and partners providing them 2nd level support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to AiRISTA RTLS (real-time location system) solutions. You will use email, phone and remote access tools and work in close contact with field engineers, product development team and software developers.
The job includes:
* Providing 2nd level support to AiRISTA 's customers and partners
* Troubleshooting and solving complex problems, from hardware to software, and Wi-Fi communication
* Communication with the customers
* Co-operation with field engineers and developers
This position suits you who loves to solve complex technical issues related to hardware, software and Wi-Fi. This position includes an opportunity to work in an interesting company and its solutions that are being used worldwide.
We are looking for
Our ideal candidate has a suitable background in IT, for example, a Bachelor's degree in information technology or similar. You have a good understanding of software development and basic knowledge of IP networks and WLAN technologies. Ideally, you have some working experience from a similar support role, quality assurance and/or software testing. However, we don't expect you know everything if you have the right attitude. We are looking for a person with great communication and problem solving skills and a strong customer mindset.
